Refunds & Cancellations
All sales are final, once order has been placed. There are NO cancellations allowed
after purchase. We do NOT offer refunds at this time. No returns will be accepted, as well.
Returns & Exchanges
As mentioned previously, we DO NOT offer refunds or returns. Exchanges or replacement may be given if shipped goods have arrived
damaged or broken. In order to be approved for an exchange or replacement for damaged goods, you must provide photo proof
by email within 72 hours. All emails must be sent to info@yemicosmetics with order information to be approved.
