What are the operating and processing hours?

A: We operate Monday through Friday from 11 AM to 4 PM (MST). We do not operate on weekends or holidays.



Can my order be shipped internationally?

A: Yes, we ship internationally and domestically via USPS. Delivery prices and time frames may vary by country.

 


Is there returns, exchanges, or refunds?

A: At this time, we do not offer returns or refunds. All sales and purchases are final.

In the event that a package arrived damaged or broken, please contact us within 72 hours by email, to be approved for an

exchange of goods. The email must include your order or invoice number along with photo proof of damaged goods.

Are your products vegan and cruelty free?

A: Yes, all of our products are vegan and cruelty free.

When will Yemi Cosmetics be releasing makeup and body care?

A: Due to the push back from COVID, we are working hard to release our makeup by 2021 and our

body care products by December 2020.
